Refund policy

We want you to be happy with our products, but understand that sometimes things don't work out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless the item is damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
