We want you to be happy with our products, but understand that sometimes things don't work out. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items unless the item is damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
- Customized items may not be returned. However, we guarantee your satisfaction and will work with you to make it right. If there is a problem with your order, please message us within 14 days of delivery.
- Gift cards may not be returned.
