2. EST year (the year she became a grandmother)
3. blanket background color choice (see image for choices)
4. grandchildren's names with birth months.
*Your blanket will be custom designed just for you! Please note, size of flowers and names will decrease as more names are added and the flower design may need to be two lines instead of one.
